Winter Chili Cookoff*

With chilly weather setting in, it’s time to spice things up with WDC Delta Gamma’s winter chili cookoff. This potluck-style event is openo anyone daring enough to rustle up their favorite chili or try their hand at a brand-new recipe – single entries or teams of up to three DGs are welcome. We will congregate at a member’s home to sample each other’s chili dishes and then vote on the best in show. Votes will be monetary (single dollar bills), and the oceeds from this event will benefit our Foundation. All varieties of chili styles are encouraged to keep the menu interesting. Feel free to whip up a traditional chili con carne (no beans), a chili with beans, or a vegetarian chili. Remember, most of us living in the D/M/V area are not chefs, so this competition is for all skill levels, no previous chili-cooking experience is required! But, for those DGs who aren’t able to bring a chili dish, we welcome attendees who can bring side dishes or toppings.
Be bold! Be daring! Add spice! This event is for a great cause, so get your competitive (chef) hats on and aim to be WDC Delta Gamma’s number one creator of the best-tasting chili!
